Our team of chefs is behind every dish in our 3-course goose dinner. With passion, they have created a menu that celebrates tradition with room for a little twist. A traditional black soup is served as a starter. We also offer an alternative mushroom soup. According to tradition, goose, potatoes and delicious details are served with it. You can enjoy flavours such as cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla and apple for dessert.

Your experience is enhanced with our selected wines, or non-alcoholic options, which are offered at a package price. Or even better, with a stay in our Superior Double at the hotel one floor up.
