Cancellation policy

Sometimes you have to cancel, we understand. If that’s the case, there are a few things you need to know.

Private bookings

Free re-booking up to 24 hours before arrival (15.00 the day before). If canceled later than 48 hours before date of arrival, 100% of the value will be charged.

Thereafter, the cancellation is free of charge upon presentation of medical certificates.

For group and conference bookings

If you’re a group larger than 10 people, we comply to Visita’s rules regarding conferences and other events, which means the last day to cancel free of charge is 4 weeks prior to your arrival. If the cancellation should occur later than that, 75% of the total value of the order will be charged. If you cancel later than two weeks before the arrival date, 100% of the total value will be charged.
