USE OF The Nationals WEBSITE AND WHEN BOOKING OUR SERVICES
By using The National website, you agree that The National actively collects, manages, stores, and uses, as well as otherwise processes, your personal data so that The National and affiliated companies can provide the products and services offered via our website. 4. Contact you via e.g. SMS or email to notify you about your booking status or information related to your booking/order before, during and after your stay,

6. Personalise communication with you regarding our Services, for example by creating a profile for you and sending offers that suit your profile as a user of our Services.,

8. When you register yourself or your party for a club competition or sponsored golf event, we may take photographs and film during the competition and the subsequent dinner/mingle, which may be used for marketing purposes.

However, please note that even if consent is withdrawn, The National may still have the legal right to process your personal data on other grounds, such as the fulfilment of customer agreements and club membership.
Dispatch of Information
When you make a booking with us, we use your personal data to send you a booking confirmation, important information about your upcoming stay, and offers related to the stay. Such dispatches will be sent to the email address/mobile number you provided when booking.
After your stay, a survey will be sent out asking you to answer questions about your visit to help us improve our services. We will also send out an email thanking you for your visit.
STORAGE TIMES
The National processes personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation at any given time. This means, for example, that The National deletes or anonymises personal data when the purpose for processing the personal data no longer exists.
TECHNICAL / ORGANISATIONAL MEASURES FOR SECURE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The National continuously takes measures to comply with the principles of ”privacy by design and by default”. The National continuously assesses the risks associated with personal data processing and takes necessary security measures to reduce those risks.
