Cancellation policy

Sometimes you have to cancel, we understand. If that’s the case, there are a few things you need to know.

Private bookings

Free re-booking up to 24 hours before arrival (15.00 the day before). If cancelled less than 48 hours before the date of arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Thereafter, cancellation is free of charge upon presentation of medical certificates.

For group and conference bookings

If your group consists of more than 10 people, we adhere to Visita’s rules regarding conferences and other events, which means the deadline for cancelling free of charge is 4 weeks before your arrival. If cancellation occurs later than this, 75% of the total value of the booking will be charged. If you cancel less than two weeks before the arrival date, 100% of the total value will be charged.
