Padel Now Available in Bara at PGA Sweden National
Our new padel courts are now ready, and everyone is welcome to play outdoor padel at PGA Sweden National. CEO Jonas Edberg comments on the new investment.
Part of the Vision
The vision at PGA Sweden National is to create Scandinavia’s finest golf destination. We focus on the overall experience at the resort, while maintaining our cutting edge through the Lakes and Links Courses, with golf as the foundation. As part of this holistic approach, two new outdoor padel courts are now completed and open for play.
“We hope the padel courts will add value to our memberships, while also serving as a pleasant complement for our overnight guests, who can enjoy a game before or after their golf round. Companies within our Business Club also have the opportunity to gain added value in connection with their corporate tournaments,” says CEO Jonas Edberg.
Everyone Is Welcome
We see PGA Sweden National as a welcoming premium destination where everyone feels at home. Bara is a growing community just outside Malmö, and as Svedala Municipality continues to develop, PGA Sweden National aims to be the natural destination for residents of Bara and the surrounding areas.
“Just like our footgolf course, the padel courts allow us to attract new target groups beyond golfers. Ideally, this may also inspire more people to start playing golf – and that’s where our Golf Academy comes in. We want to be a friendly premium destination where everyone feels welcome. If you don’t have time one day to play golf on the Links, Lakes, or Academy Course, we want to offer alternatives such as lunch, golf lessons, coffee, dinner, footgolf, TrackMan Range – and now padel as well,” Jonas continues.
