PURPOSES FOR WHICH WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The National collects Personal Data for various purposes. Which Personal Data is collected and how it is collected depends on the booking services you use.
The National uses Personal Data to:

When you or your party register for a club competition or sponsor golf, photos and videos may be taken during the competition and subsequent dinner/mingling, which may be used for marketing purposes.

Please note that even if consent is withdrawn, The National may still process your Personal Data on other legal grounds, such as fulfilling a customer agreement or club membership.
INFORMATION DISPATCH
When you make a booking with us, we use your Personal Data to send booking confirmations, important information about your upcoming stay, and offers related to your stay. These communications are sent to the email address/phone number provided during booking.
After your stay, a survey may be sent asking for feedback to help us improve our services. We may also send a thank-you email for your visit.
STORAGE PERIODS
The National retains Personal Data in accordance with applicable law. This means, for example, that The National deletes or anonymizes Personal Data when the purpose of processing no longer exists.
TECHNICAL/ORGANIZATIONAL MEASURES FOR SECURE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The National continuously implements measures to comply with the principles of “data protection by design and by default.” Risks related to personal data processing are continuously evaluated, and necessary security measures are implemented to minimize risks.
We continuously train our staff in data protection matters.
