Cancellation policy – For more available tee times

At The National, we will deliver top-class golf experiences. We want to establish the following rules to give more people the chance to play on our courses.

At certain times we have extremely high occupancy. Therefore, in high season, we will carefully ensure that booked tee times are kept. This means that booked tee times must be completed or canceled on time. In general, cancellation of booked tee time must be done in advance (Members 24 hours, guests 48 hours). There will always be exceptions, e.g. disease. Repeated missed cancellations will be charged.

Booking information

In high season, it is also important that we make optimal use of the available start times. This may mean that e.g. 2-balls are put together to form a four-ball. The reception may change your booking so that your start time is slightly corrected and your ball is filled up to a four ball. This system is applied by most clubs that have high occupancy. The aim is to give as many people as possible the chance to play.

The ambition is to move as few start times as possible and by as few minutes as possible.

All tee times must be registered on arrival in the Min Golf app or at reception.

Cancellation policy – Guest

To confirm your already booked tee time/s, the green fee must be paid 72 hours before arrival. The easiest way is to pay the green fee via your booked time in Min Golf.

Reimbursement of the fully paid greenfee takes place if cancellation is made no later than 48 hours before the booked start time. If the time is canceled later than 48 hours before, half the green fee is refunded up to 24 hours before your start time. After this, no greenfee is refunded. If your tee time remains unpaid, it means it is not confirmed and then it is free for another player.

Cancellation policy – Member

Tee times can be booked well in advance without restriction. Normally, each member can have 2 simultaneous bookings on each course. The exception for B-Shareholders is that they can have 3 simultaneous bookings on each course. The main rule is that booked appointments that are not to be used must be canceled no later than 24 hours in advance. Exceptions can be made for “valid expiration” (illness, etc.)

To ensure that members, and also guests, have access to attractive tee times, the following rules apply to any cancellation of tee times.

  1. Cancellation time: Members are asked to cancel their start time no later than 24 hours before the planned start time. This gives other members the opportunity to book the available tee time and plan their day on the course.
  2. Warning: When canceling a start time less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the member will receive a warning. We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, but it is important to be aware of how one’s actions affect other golfers.
  3. Suspension: After three late cancellation warnings, the member will be suspended from booking tee times for a period of 14 days. This is done to ensure that all members have an equal opportunity to enjoy their rounds on the course.

Weather condition

Frost or fog

All tee times are pushed forward until we give the go-ahead for play.

Thunder

If you have to cancel your round due to thunder, you have the right during the current year to come back and play a round on the current weekday/weekend (depending on which day you play).

Unplayable course after heavy rain

If you have to break your round due to unplayable course or heavy rain, you have the right during the current year to come back and play a round on the current weekday/weekend (depending on which day you play).
